Job summary

Mike Maroone Automotive is seeking an experienced Certified Automotive Technician to diagnose efficiently, repair accurately, and maximize hours without compromising quality. Ford experience or certifications are a plus, and top techs earn $200K+ per year with a strong pay plan based on experience and productivity.

The role requires proficiency with diagnostic systems, scan tools, and today's vehicle technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of automotive technician experience.
• ASE/Manufacturer certifications preferred; Ford experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an approved motor vehicle record per our insurance requirements.
• Experience with diagnostic systems and modern vehicle technology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automotive issues and perform repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic scan tools to identify vehicle faults.
• Keep up-to-date with modern vehicle technology and repair procedures.
