Job summary

Gee Automotive Companies is hiring a Certified/Main Line Technician for Holmes Tuttle Ford Lincoln in Tucson. You will diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns, perform engine/transmission/brake work, and document diagnostics on repair orders.

Experience with Ford systems and services is preferred. You will work in a high-volume shop with flat-rate pay, ongoing Ford training, and opportunities for long-term career growth within the dealership network.

Qualifications

• Prior mainline technician experience required.
• Ford certification strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment.
• Strong commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and drivability repairs.
• Complete warranty work, recalls, and manufacturer-specific services.
• Accurately document diagnostics and repairs on repair orders.
• Utilize Ford diagnostic software and service information systems.
• Follow Ford repair standards and dealership procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians.
