nou Systems, Inc. seeks a Subject Matter Expert I – Force Operations in the NCR to join our Engineering Services Division.

You will deliver strategic planning, wargaming, and leadership across high-interest projects tied to OUSD(R&E) RETS IDIQ, supporting DoD customers with technical analyses and executive communications. The role requires a strong DoD background, 8+ years in leadership, TS/SCI clearance, and willingness to operate in a fast-paced, defense-sector environment in the National

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or master's with 6+ years.
• At least 8 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of Department of War experience.
• At least 8 years of strategic planning and wargaming experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or higher preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic planning development, implementation & management aligned to leadership priorities.
• Conduct research, wargaming and analysis for policy recommendations.
• Identify and lead cross-functional projects with high strategic value.
• Serve as supervisor or project leader for teams.
• Support senior leadership advisory & executive communication.
