Job summary

Goldbelt Apex is seeking a Force Modernization SME to provide senior-level support for WAARNG modernization efforts and organizational transformation. The role involves analyzing MTOE changes, coordinating equipment alignment, and tracking NEF and legacy equipment within GCSS-Army.

The candidate will develop synchronization schedules, work with G4 and PBO, and prepare weekly status updates while ensuring asset realignment and readiness across the force. Active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GCSS-Army logistics operations and force modernization.
• Experience supporting Army force modernization activities and large deployments.
• Active Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level support for WAARNG force modernization and organizational transformation.
• Analyze MTOE changes and organizational requirements.
• Develop synchronization schedules for unit property and equipment.
• Coordinate and track New Equipment Fielding's (NEF) and displaced equipment turn-ins.
• Track modernization and equipment status within GCSS-Army.
• Prepare weekly modernization status updates and reports.
