Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a FOR Analyst to support execution and development of strategic initiatives across FOR Field Engagement, Philanthropy Platform, Family Governance and Wealth Education. The role requires strong project management and communication across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The analyst will coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Risk partners, develop SOPs, and help enhance FOR capabilities with a focus on philanthropy and governance education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in financial services, wealth management, or strategy.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred or able to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Support platform execution of FOR initiatives across Family Office Resources areas.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and workstreams to execute priorities.
• Develop operating procedures, playbooks and reference materials.
