Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an FOR Analyst to support the execution of strategic initiatives across the Family Office Resources (FOR) portfolio in New York. The role emphasizes project management, stakeholder coordination, and program development within wealth management and philanthropy platforms.

You will collaborate with FOR leadership, legal, compliance, and external partners to drive capability development, advisor resources, and client-facing materials while maintaining a focus on process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in financial services, wealth management, or strategy.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and AI.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives related to MSGIFT Ventures, MSAW Workplace DAF, E*TRADE DAF, Next Level Fund, and international MSGIFT offerings.
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives and projects across the Philanthropy platform.
• Support Philanthropy events, publications, programs, and other strategic initiatives as priorities evolve (e.g. Gifts for Good, Pay it Forward newsletter, giving guides, events).
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-up across multiple workstreams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operating efficiency and support scalable solutions.
• Identify execution risks and escalation with proposed solutions.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other control partners for governance and regulatory alignment.
• Develop operating procedures, playbooks, templates, and reference materials.
