Job summary

Foot Locker in Omaha, NE is hiring for a customer-focused team member to support in-store sales and experiences. You will welcome customers, assemble outfits, and help shoppers find footwear and apparel that fit their style.

You’ll also assist with online order fulfillment, store upkeep, and safety procedures, while collaborating with teammates to hit daily goals and deliver great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head-to-toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must-have add-ons.
• Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care to ensure timely delivery.
• Help with daily store tasks such as restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Work with teammates and leaders to achieve store goals.
• Participate in training and coaching to learn, grow, and level up.
• Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team-oriented environment.
