Job summary

Foot Locker in Hanover, MD is hiring for a store position focused on stockroom operations, inventory control and customer service. The role supports sales floor, assists teammates, and upholds safety and store standards.

You'll work closely with leaders to meet store goals, handle daily tasks, restock, assist customers, and maintain a positive, collaborative environment. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 6-9 months of retail experience preferred.
• Passion for footwear, fashion, sport and youth culture.
• Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Stockroom & Inventory Operations: receive, process, and check shipments; manage inventory movements; keep stockroom organized and compliant.
• Sales Floor Support: ensure products are available and respond to product requests on the floor.
• Store Ops & Execution: restock, manage fitting room, cash handling, keep floor tidy and safe.
• Teamwork & Culture: collaborate with teammates, participate in training, maintain a positive team environment.
