Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at our Frederick, MD store. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and help build head-to-toe looks while driving sales and keeping the store looking fresh and organized.

This role supports a high-energy sneaker culture environment with opportunities to grow, train, and advance within the Foot Locker family. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Assist customers in building head-to-toe looks and presenting products.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge and helping customers find favorites.
• Picker/pack and ship online orders when needed.
• Maintain store appearance, restock, and follow safety procedures.
