• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as the subject matter expert in designated processes.
• Maintains athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged as desired.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, pricing, and replenishment.
• Promotes participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty, private label credit card).
• Fosters an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes are respected and policies followed.
