Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand their needs and providing clear, accurate product information.
• Anticipates needs and drives sales through product and services recommendations with strong athlete insights.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as area expert.
• Acts as go-to expert in designated process categories to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintains an athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged.
• Upholds merchandising standards with floor sets, signage, price changes and inventory presentation.
• Promotes customer participation in programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and respected.
