Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and capable of working independently.
• 1–2 years of professional work experience in an office or footwear retail setting.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain showroom walls and organize spaces weekly.
• Add new styles and remove reduced or dropped styles from showrooms.
• Ensure correct sample is displayed and up to date.
• Create table displays of key styles and prep room for meetings.
• Coordinate sample shipments for domestic and international events.
• Track sample orders and ETA, liaising with Asia offices.
• Distribute incoming development, fit, and national samples.
• Cover receptionist duties when needed and support other coordinators.
