Caleres is seeking a Sales Associate for Famous Footwear in Front Royal, VA. You will create a welcoming store environment, connect with customers, and promote our brands. You’ll help maintain store standards, assist with inventory and product placement, and contribute to a positive team culture.

You’re a shoe enthusiast who can recommend styles, engage customers, and uphold our Famous Feeling. The role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store colleagues.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and elevate the customer experience.
• Review store performance and help drive sales to achieve goals.
• Maintain integrity and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Support teammates with training and development as needed.
