Red Wing Brands of America is seeking a retail associate to promote the Red Wing brand through professional selling and building customer loyalty. You will guide customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience, recommend accessories, and drive sales while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience is required.
• Must be age 18+ within 30 days of application.
• 1-2 years relevant experience required.
• Results oriented and capable of communicating effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to use computer systems and technology as part of daily tasks.

Responsabilités

• Guide each customer through RWSC's Ultimate Fit Experience.
• Provide appropriate accessory recommendations and educate customers on benefits.
• Generate Industrial Sales Leads.
• Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals.
• Maintain store presentation, signage, and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and operating standards through continuous learning.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a healthy work environment.
• Support daily operations of the retail store.
