Red Wing Shoes is seeking part-time staff to promote the Premium Red Wing brand while delivering exceptional customer service. You will guide customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience and recommend accessories to enhance their fit and comfort.

Responsibilities include meeting daily sales targets, maintaining store cleanliness, and staying up-to-date with product knowledge. This role offers a part-time schedule in a retail environment with opportunities for advancement.

Competenze

• Must have High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Age 18+ within 30 days of application.
• 1–2 years relevant experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with computer usage.

Mansioni

• Guide customers through RWSC's Ultimate Fit Experience.
• Provide accessory recommendations and educate on benefits.
• Generate industrial sales leads and achieve daily sales goals.
• Maintain store presentation, signage and housekeeping standards.
