Job summary

• Promote and support Red Wing brand image through professional selling.
• Guide customers through Ultimate Fit Experience and make accessory recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals.
• Maintain store presentation, signage and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and engage in ongoing learning.
• Follow safety regulations and ensure a healthy work environment.
• Provide daily operations support in the store.
