Caleres is seeking a Sales Lead for Famous Footwear in Bloomington to drive store performance anddeliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example, coach teammates, and manage day-to-day store operations while maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects our Famous Feeling.

You will be responsible for coaching selling behaviors, achieving sales goals, and ensuring the store runs smoothly with a focus on customer service, product knowledge, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Retail store management experience or relevant management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team and motivating others to achieve goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction from store manager.
• Mentoring and training Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.
