Famous Footwear in Tacoma is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver the best shoe store experience. You will foster a welcoming environment, coach teammates, and drive store performance by upholding our customer‑centric standards and operating procedures.

As a Sales Lead, you’ll manage day‑to‑day retail tasks, mentor associates, and ensure accurate pricing and inventory while delivering the Famous Feeling to every guest who walks in.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Solid understanding of general retail practices.
• Experience in retail management or supervision preferred.
• Ability to mentor, train and motivate associates.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
