Caleres’ Famous Footwear in Omaha is seeking a Sales Lead who is passionate about delivering the best shoe store experience. You will create a welcoming environment, mentor teammates, and ensure the store operates with integrity and care.

In this role you will drive sales, manage store operations, and champion our culture. You will coach selling behaviors, coordinate with partners, and help customers find the perfect fit while upholding our total rewards and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Retail management or supervision experience.
• Strong team leadership and mentoring skills.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire that Famous Feeling and coach selling behaviors to enhance Customer Connection.
• Drive sales and achieve goals; every shoe sale counts.
• Oversee store operations including pricing, inventory, opening/closing and upkeep of the store.
• Collaborate with partners to accomplish tasks and maintain policies.
