Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and guide customers toward the best gear for their needs. Greet guests, demonstrate products, answer questions, and complete transactions while keeping shelves stocked and the selling floor neat.

You will promote club memberships, in-store pickups, and seasonal programs, while following company policies and contributing to a legendary customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Friendly and professional communication with customers and associates.
• Experience operating a computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information and direction.
• Demonstrate products and assist in buying decisions.
• Replenish and merchandise shelves according to guidelines.
