Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide each customer through RWSC’s Ultimate Fit Experience.
• Provide accessory recommendations and educate on benefits of products.
• Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals.
• Maintain store presentation, signage, and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and operating standards through ongoing learning.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment following policies and regulations.
• Support daily store operations.
