Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is hiring a Store Associate in Greenville, SC to provide an outstanding shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will handle cash, process POS transactions, and support store presentation and stock management.

You will lead by example in service standards, assist customers with product knowledge, promotions, and the rewards program while maintaining accurate documentation and loss prevention awareness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for our customers through awareness and company service standards.
• Maintain awareness of all current sales promotions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock organization.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Maintain awareness of Loss Prevention concerns.
• Participate in inventories, shipping/receiving, and merchandise placement as needed.
• Process all sales and POS transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.
