Job summary

Red Wing Brands of America is seeking a retail associate in Baton Rouge to promote our premium Red Wing brand through expert selling and customer service. You will guide customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience and help drive sales within a dynamic store environment.

Responsibilities include recommending accessories, building customer loyalty, and meeting daily sales goals while maintaining a clean, compliant store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must be age 18+ within 30 days of application.
• 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Results oriented and good communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Guide each customer through RWSC's Ultimate Fit Experience.
• Provide appropriate accessory recommendations and educate on benefits.
• Generate Industrial Sales Leads.
• Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals.
• Maintain store presentation, signage, and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain proficiency with product knowledge and operating standards.
• Uphold safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide daily store operations support.
