Scheels in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will engage with customers, assess needs, recommend products, and promote Scheels Visa while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1-3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform basic math; understand currencies, measurements, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, determining needs, recommending products, and promoting the Scheels Visa Credit Card.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and lead product knowledge training for other associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing Internal Flash Reports.
• Maintain an organized backstock and ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished on the sales floor.
• Ensure products are displayed with accurate pricing, stickers, and signage.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with associates, Scheels Campus, Vendors/Sales Representatives.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
