New Balance in Marina del Rey, CA is seeking Retail Sale Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge. You will guide customers through the shopping process, using effective selling techniques to complete transactions and support store operations.

You’ll greet customers, understand needs, educate on product features, and help close sales while maintaining a neat and well-stocked selling floor. Flexible hours and competitive hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Should be a people person!
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment
• Familiarity with cash register functions
• Ability to quickly perform basic math
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Responsibilities
