Job summary

PUMA is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee Fit & Wear testing and T1 Laboratory management from China-based centers to support global product launches. Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in product testing (Fit & Wear) and/or laboratory management.
• Experience in an international footwear brand or supplier-based environment preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive Fit & Wear testing execution across T1 supplier centers per guidelines.
• Lead standardization and rollout of testing centers for consistent results.
• Train and coach factory teams on PUMA testing standards and reporting.
• Ensure testing activities follow PUMA guidelines and timelines.
• Support seasonal testing across development to production stages with accurate reporting.
• Participate in product reviews to flag risks and initiate corrective actions.
• Train T1 analysts on reporting tools and feedback questionnaires.
• Analyze consumer feedback from China for Asia Product Testing Manager.
• Maintain documentation of testing execution, reports, and data analysis.
