Job summary

Scheels in Minnesota is looking for a friendly, customer-focused sales associate to help shoppers find the right products and guide them through the sale, including promoting the Scheels Visa. You will be expected to stay flexible between 9 a.m.

and 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with varying hours and weekend availability. The role offers starting wages around $50,000+ per year, comprehensive benefits, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months of related experience or training.
• Equivalent education/experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding them through the sale.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and lead product knowledge training for other associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory using internal Flash Reports and maintain an organized backstock.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed properly with price tagging and signage.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and communicate professionally with teammates.
