• Provide exceptional customer service based on footwear needs.
• Deliver an athlete experience unique to Under Armour.
• Coach teammates on footwear products and selling practices.
• Handle omni-channel requests per Under Armour policies.
• Promote core and seasonal products with selling knowledge.
• Assist athletes per UA service model; convey brand values.
• Provide feedback to store leadership on operations.
• Assist in operations: cash desk, merchandising, replenishment.
• Collaborate with teammates to reach store goals.
• Listen to leadership feedback to grow as a teammate.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
