Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand shopping needs and provide knowledgeable product information.
• Anticipates athlete needs and drives sales through product and service recommendations.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members and shares area expertise.
• Maintains store standards for merchandising, signage, pricing and inventory presentation.
• Promotes participation in company programs and ensures a welcoming, respectful environment.
