DNAM Brands in Beverly Hills is seeking a Footwear Designer to join our growing design team. You’ll take styles from concept through to production-ready specs, working closely with product development, merchandising and overseas factories.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks in materials and construction, and has a strong instinct for what's next on the shelf and on the street.

Formación

• 2+ years of footwear design experience in fashion/lifestyle/athletic.
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator and familiarity with 3D tools.
• Strong portfolio across casual, fashion, or performance footwear.
• Deep knowledge of construction, lasts, materials, and manufacturing.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands or projects.
• Experience with overseas factories, costing, and production timelines.
• Excellent hand-sketching and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design footwear for multiple brands from concept to production-ready specs.
• Develop tech packs with materials, colorways, construction, and measurements.
• Guide samples from proto to TOP approval, ensuring brand standards.
• Collaborate with design and production to balance aesthetics and manufacturability.
• Maintain organized technical files for development-to-bulk transitions.
• Coordinate with overseas factories to manage timelines and costs.
