OOFOS seeks a Footwear Designer II - Special Projects to drive rapid-turn collaborations, leveraging CMF expertise and trend-driven concepts for commercially viable products.

You will translate consumer insights into elevated color, material, and graphic treatments on existing silhouettes, collaborating with Product Management, Development, Marketing, vendors, and factories to bring timely concepts to market while preserving the OOFOS aesthetic and comfort.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of footwear design experience, rapid-turn projects, and expertise in CMF execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Footwear Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, or related field.
• Advanced skills in sketching, visualization, storytelling, and pattern development.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Quick-turn design execution for off-calendar initiatives and brand collaborations.
• Create CMF packages and graphic treatments for partnerships and prints.
• Deliver precise tech packs optimized for fast-track production with factories.
• Apply innovative materials and surface techniques across projects.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Marketing, vendors, and external partners.
• Monitor cultural and fashion trends to inform direction and differentiation.
