Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Design, Industrial Design, Footwear Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of practical design experience in footwear, apparel, accessories, or related discipline.
- Proven ability to own design projects and present work to cross-functional stakeholders.

- Design market-right footwear solutions within a product range and present in context of category and business direction.
- Execute the creative vision across projects while maintaining adidas visual language and standards.
- Own and manage the creative process across multiple accelerated development timelines.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Development, Sales, Merchandising, and Design to align around opportunities.
- Create accurate 2D and 3D tech packs and contribute to handovers with CADs and artwork.
