Job summary

Brooks Running seeks a Designer 2, Advanced Footwear Design, Visual Brand + CMF Design to shape future seasonal product through identity markers, color, materials, finishes, and graphic storytelling. Elevate franchise visuals and CMF toolboxes while collaborating across teams.

You will research trends, communicate design intent, and prepare CMF specifications for development and production. Minimal travel and a strong portfolio are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant design field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in footwear, apparel, graphic, brand, CMF, or related product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, logo systems, CMF, storytelling.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools and visualization platforms.
• Familiarity with 3D visualization tools preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create identity marks, graphics, and CMF concepts for footwear franchises.
• Develop scalable visual identity solutions across product platforms.
• Explore innovative product expression through materials, finishes, and graphics.
• Elevate product storytelling through identity markers and graphics.
• Research consumer insights, market trends, and emerging tech to guide design.
• Prepare CMF specs and technical documentation for sampling and production.
