Job summary

The Washington Commanders seek a dedicated Analyst, Football Technology to closely support football operations at the practice facility in Ashburn, VA, with additional duties at Landover and Riverdale. This embedded role combines day-to-day tech support with coaching video and game-day systems, reporting to the Manager, Football Technology.

You will be the onsite tech partner to coaches, manage devices, AV, meeting rooms, and security standards, while training non-technical users and ensuring

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
• 1–3 years of hands-on technology support, ideally including football, athletics, or live-event technology.
• Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS and iPadOS, mobile device management, and common AV and meeting technology.
• General end-user support skills beyond football tools: device setup and imaging, endpoint support, basic networking and Wi‑Fi, and service desk work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an embedded technology partner to coaches, football operations, and player performance staff, learning their workflows and anticipating their needs.
• Handle day-to-day technology at the practice facility and act as the on-site technology point of contact for football operations.
• Support meeting-room and position-room AV, displays, coaching presentation tools, replay systems, and football-specific devices and endpoints.
• Coordinate with IT Operations and stadium operations on facility technology and shared services.
• Coordinate with game-day technology representatives and IT Operations on event execution.
• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for hardware, software, account, access, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Log, track, and resolve tickets in the service desk system to defined service levels.
