Job summary

Trust, the funding and development arm within FM.co, seeks an on-site editor management and asset curation lead in Fort Worth, TX. You will oversee contract editors, curate footage for the Trust library, and drive buyout initiatives while coordinating with the Director of Trust.

You will manage paperwork, maintain accurate records, and help optimize workflows across the Trust pipeline in a fast-paced production environment. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing contractors or freelancers, ideally editors or creative talent.
• Strong eye for footage quality and what makes a library valuable.
• Comfort with buyout/licensing negotiations and rights questions.

Responsibilities

• Editor management and footage curation.
• Own curation quality across footage and prep for library.
• Keep editors unblocked and on schedule, balancing efficiency and quality.
• Maintain and refine curation guidelines as catalog grows.
• Source pre-made assets fitting library strategy and ROI.
