Job summary

MDB Health Services provides comprehensive foot care to residents in long-term care facilities. We seek an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality foot health services across our partner facilities in the region on a part-time basis.

The role emphasizes independent patient care within LTC settings, strong clinical assessment skills, and effective collaboration with facility staff and physicians. Flexible weekday hours are available to fit ongoing care delivery needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in foot care.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment and treatment of foot conditions.
• Independent, organized, and motivated to provide exceptional patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Foot Care to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Continuously monitor and assess patients’ foot health.
• Educate patients and facility staff on effective foot care best practices.
• Travel to designated nursing homes in your area.
• Communicate regularly with key facility staff, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Maintain flexibility while seeing patients during weekday working hours.
