Job summary

360care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner- Foot Care to provide services in a skilled nursing environment in Manhattan, Kansas. This role allows you to focus on delivering quality care, while 360care handles scheduling and administrative tasks, creating a rewarding work experience.

Ideal candidates should possess a valid NP/FNP license and have a passion for working with the geriatric population. Flexible scheduling and support from a care coordination team are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Podiatry office, Wound Care, or Orthopedics is a plus.
• Desire to work with the geriatric population.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality routine foot and nail care including trimming nails and reducing thick nails.
• Perform vascular and diabetic foot care.
• Conduct fall risk assessments and interventions.
• Carry out minor foot and nail care procedures.
