US Foot & Ankle Specialists is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Washington. You’ll work with podiatrists and other clinicians to improve mobility and quality of life through hands-on patient care and personalized treatment plans.

The role emphasizes evaluation, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education, with documentation in the EMR and collaboration for coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in Washington is required.
• DPT or equivalent degree is required.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations, physical exams, and functional assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes in the EMR.
• Collaborate with podiatrists, surgeons, and other providers for coordinated care.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient-focused clinic environment.
