Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics in Mount Holly, NJ is seeking an Orthopedic Foot & Ankle/Trauma Surgeon to join a growing orthopedic surgery team. The position diagnosis and treats a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal injuries, with access to advanced surgical tech and dedicated trauma operating room time.

The role offers a minimum base salary of $475,000 per year, with competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and surgical management of orthopedic foot & ankle/trauma patients.
• Participate in call coverage.
• Perform operative and non-operative treatment of acute musculoskeletal injuries.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, emergency physicians, intensivists, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
• Contribute to departmental growth through clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and community engagement.
