Virtua Medical Group seeks an Orthopedic Foot & Ankle/Trauma Surgeon to join the Reconstructive Orthopedics team in Mount Holly, NJ. You will diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of foot and ankle trauma injuries and perform advanced surgical procedures to improve patient outcomes.

This position will be based in Mt. Holly, NJ.The successful candidate will diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal injuries. The position offers access to advanced surgical technology, dedicated trauma operating room time, and a robust referral network.**Responsibilities:**-Provide comprehensive evaluation and surgical management of orthopedic foot & ankle/trauma patients.-Participate in call coverage.-Perform operative and non-operative treatment of acute musculoskeletal injuries.-Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, emergency physicians, intensivists, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare professionals.-Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.-Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.-Contribute to departmental growth through clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and community engagement.**Compensation & Benefits:**In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all physician roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $475,000.00 per year.
