Virtua Medical Group in New Jersey is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our expanding orthopedic surgery team at Mount Holly. This role focuses on comprehensive trauma care for a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal injuries.

You will diagnose, treat, and manage complex fractures, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and mentor residents and advanced practice providers while benefiting from advanced surgical technology and a supportive environment.

Formación

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency.
• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and surgical management of orthopedic trauma patients.
• Participate in trauma call coverage and emergency orthopedic services.
• Perform operative and non-operative treatment of acute musculoskeletal injuries.
• Collaborate with trauma surgeons, emergency physicians, intensivists, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervise and mentor advanced practice providers, residents, and medical students, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
• Contribute to departmental growth through clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and community engagement.
