The role offers a guaranteed salary with a 3% annual cost-of-living adjustment and a 100% profit-sharing bonus. The position features a Monday–Friday schedule with OR block scheduling, opportunities to precept students and residents, and call duties of 7 days per month with extra-pay options.

Qualifications

• Completion or upcoming completion of orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship.
• Board-certified physician or board certification eligible (must obtain board certification within 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Join an established orthopedic group with three board-certified physicians.
• Precept medical students and residents.
• Schedule includes OR blocks; call 7 days per month with additional pay for extra call.
