Job summary

Regional Health System's Orthopedic Group is seeking a full-time Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon to join a practice with three other board-certified physicians and additional mid-level support. The role includes a guaranteed salary with a 3% COLA as a W-2 employee, plus a 100% shared profits bonus.

The position offers Monday–Friday work with OR block scheduling, opportunities to precept medical students and residents, and call coverage of 7 days per month with additional pay for extra call.

Qualifications

• Completion or upcoming completion of orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship.
• Board-certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 5 years).
• Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact

Responsibilities

• Precept medical students and residents.
• Call required 7 days/month, including general ortho; extra pay for extra call.
• Mon-Fri scheduling with OR block scheduling
