Job summary

Regional Health System’s Orthopedic Group is seeking a full-time Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established practice with four board-certified orthopedic surgeons. The role includes OR block scheduling, Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities to precept medical students and residents.

Compensation features a guaranteed salary with 3% annual COLA, plus a 100% shared profits bonus; generous benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Completion or upcoming completion of orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship.
• Board-certified physician or board certification eligible; must obtain board certification within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Precept medical students and residents.
• Handle call 7 days per month; additional pay for extra call.
• OR block scheduling and Monday–Friday schedule.
