Job summary

Orthopaedic Surgical Associates (OSA) in North Chelmsford, MA is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join a busy foot and ankle practice. The NP will provide comprehensive clinical and surgical support, including inpatient rounds, postoperative care, and office-based patient care within a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates have MA licensure, are board-certified NPs, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP with Massachusetts licensure.
• Experience in vascular, diabetic foot and wound care; infection assessment.
• Ability to manage inpatient and outpatient care and surgical assistance.

Responsibilities

• Hospital care: assist with new consultations, rounds, and follow-up with hospital teams.
• Office care: evaluate postoperative patients and wound management.
• Surgical assistance: provide exposure, retraction, and closure under approved privileges.
• Communication: manage clinical messages and coordinate with care teams.
