Northfield Hospital & Clinics in Northfield, MN seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Podiatry team. You will assess patients, develop care plans, assist in surgery, and provide follow-up care in a focused foot and ankle program.

The role offers full-time scheduling (80 hrs per 2 weeks), day shifts, and a pathway to collaborative spine with orthopedic colleagues, emphasizing high-quality patient care and team-based practice.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current RN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing, in good standing.
• Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current Physician Assistant license from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice, in good standing.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA.
• BLS certification per NH+C RQI program with quarterly requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct physical exams and medical history reviews.
• Assist physicians in surgery and complete patient rounds.
• Administer injections and manage simple fracture care.
• Update patient records ensuring accurate coding and billing.
