Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Foot & Ankle Fracture Management portfolio. Based in Naples, FL, this role drives new product innovation, coordinates with sales, engineering and marketing, and travels up to 25% to support market introduction and growth.

The candidate will manage product life cycles, develop market definitions, and provide financial justifications for product decisions, while collaborating across functions to maximize market impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in business.
• Five years' orthopedic device marketing/PM experience preferred.
• Experience with Foot & Ankle devices highly desirable.
• Ability to work with cadaveric specimens required.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in overall product strategy and development for new and emerging products.
• Manages technical product development, profits estimates, and release to production.
• Provides technical training to other departments in support of product development.
• Coordinates marketing, sales, and finance plans for the product line.
• Maintains communications to collect and analyze market data for the product line.
