Job summary

Sano Orthopedics is seeking a Clinical Navigator for Physician-Specific Foot & Ankle care at Overland Park and Raymore locations. This full-time role supports physicians with patient treatment, education, and clinic coordination to ensure high-quality care.

The CN guides patients through their healing journey, handles EMR tasks, coordinates referrals, and assists with procedures, while promoting efficient workflows and excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Athletic Training or CAATE-accredited program preferred.
• Medical Assistant with 2+ years of clinical experience will be considered.
• State Licensed (MO/KS) or eligible for license.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and nurture the patient experience.
• Navigate patients through their visits.
• Provide Pre-Operative education and Post-Operative care.
• Assist physician with minor procedures and injections.
• Coordinate EMR documentation and charting.
• Schedule follow-ups and referrals.
• Print and prepare patient materials and paperwork.
