Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is assisting a Regional Health System’s Orthopedic Group in recruiting a Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon in Georgia.

This full-time role includes a guaranteed salary with 3% annual cost-of-living adjustment and a 100% profit-sharing bonus for a physician who is W-2 employed. The position features a Monday–Friday schedule, OR blocks, opportunities to teach residents and students, and a call requirement of 7 days per month with extra pay for added call.

Qualifications

• Completion or upcoming completion of orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship.
• Board certification required or eligible (must obtain within 5 years).
• Georgia Medical License or IMLEC participation.

Responsibilities

• Precept medical students and residents.
• Participate in OR block scheduling.
• Share call 7 days per month with compensating pay for extra call.

Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgery Physician

Our Regional Health System’s Orthopedic Group is currently seeking a full-time Orthopedic surgeon who specializes in feet and ankles to join an established practice with three other board-certified orthopedic physicians, including additional support from mid-levels.

• Salary:Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment as a W-2 employee
• Bonus:Bonus of 100% shared practice profits
• Schedule:Monday through Friday; with OR block scheduling
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents
• Call:Call required 7 days/month, including general ortho; extra pay for extra call

Requirements:

• Completion or upcoming completion of orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship
