Regional Health System’s Orthopedic Group seeks a full-time Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established practice with three other board-certified physicians and mid-level support.

The role offers a guaranteed salary with competitive terms, plus a 3% annual cost-of-living adjustment as a W-2 employee. You will precept medical students and residents, participate in call duties, and enjoy modern facilities and generous benefits.

Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgery Physician

Our Regional Health System’s Orthopedic Group is currently seeking a full-time Orthopedic surgeon who specializes in feet and ankles to join an established practice with three other board-certified orthopedic physicians, including additional support from mid-levels.

• Salary:Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment as a W-2 employee
• Bonus:Bonus of 100% shared practice profits
• Schedule:Monday through Friday; with OR block scheduling
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents
• Call:Call required 7 days/month, including general ortho; extra pay for extra call
• Facility Details: Our Orthopedic Clinic is located within walking distance of the hospital campus; 24/7 access to the physicians’ lounge with meals provided; 24-hour all-access employee fitness center; a state-of-the-art Medical Education Center with simulation labs, a conference center, and much more.

Requirements:

• Completion or upcoming completion of orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship
• Required Certifications/Licensures: Board-certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 5 years); Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact

Other:

• We are not accepting candidates who are podiatry trained; must have completed orthopedic residency
